High Spies Ready to take your electronic music production to the next level? Not interested in taking boring instructor-led classes on how to manipulate one specific piece of software? Looking for one-on-one instruction from top producers in the game on topics you want to learn?

The High Spies Producer Academy focuses on one thing - creating modern electronic music that is dancefloor ready. We do not focus on how to use software, follow any boring classroom textbooks, or discuss topics that you are not interested in. Instead, we tailor each session specifically to your needs whether it is fattening up your beats, developing the "funk", creating unique sounds from understanding how software synths work, learning how to use effects to their maximum potential, utilizing audio samples in intersting ways, or arranging "DJ club friendly" mixes. At the end of each session, each student will walk away with confidence on how to create an unique piece of music in the style of their choice whether it is house, electro house, breaks, drum and bass, big beat, or dubstep.

High Spies Studios is a production facility designed specifically for electronic music production run by the High Spies duo of Scott Avid and Ching-Hwa. At the heart of the studio is a fully loaded workstation along with outboard processing gear and vintage synths so you can learn both music production with only software synths as well as recording live instruments and vocals. With over 30 years of production experience combined, the duo has produced tracks for artists on major label such as Snoop Dogg, KoRn, Ashlee Simpson, and the Sugababes with several remixes hitting #1 on Billboard dance charts. The duo has also produced original material release on notable indie labels that have been aired on BBC Radio 1 and playlisted by top DJs such as Olav Basoski, Erick Morillo, Richard Vission, Bad Boy Bill, Seb Fontaine, Steve Porter, Brian Tappert, Steve Smooth, and many others.

Joining forces with the DJ4Life DJ Academy, the High Spies Producer Academy completes the modern electronic music artist's arsenal needed to break into today's music industry. Each session is custom designed to propel artists into the forefront with ahead-of-the-game production.
